At Mystiq Soil Pvt Ltd, we take great care to ensure our Earth Glow products are of the highest quality. We value your satisfaction and will accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if the product you received is:

  • Damaged during transit, OR

  • Not in proper condition (expired, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for use) upon delivery.

2. Conditions for Refund

• You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there is any issue.

• Claims for damage or poor condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp, with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product condition

  • Description of the problem

• Products must remain unused, in their original packaging and with all seals intact, unless the issue was found after opening but before use (e.g., spoilage).

• Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product after use

  • Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities (please perform a patch test)

  • Products stored incorrectly by the customer

3. Refund or Replacement Procedure

• Once your claim is received, our team will review it within 3–5 business days.

• If approved, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method OR

  • Send a replacement product at no extra cost — as per your preference.

4. Shipping for Damaged Returns

• If a return is required, we will arrange reverse pickup at our cost for eligible cases.

• The product must be packed securely for return to avoid further damage.
